Founder of Hydratics. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and a registered United States and Canadian Patent Agent. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business, with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance. He has 23+ years of engineering related work experience. He has founded several companies and holds 7 issued patents.

Dr. Stuart Hoenig, P.E. Engineering
Inventor of our core technology. Dr. Hoenig holds a PhD. in Engineering Science from the University of California at Berkley and is a registered Professional Engineer in Arizona. He was an Engineering Professor at the University of Arizona for 30 years prior to his retirement. Dr. Hoenig has conducted numerous research projects over the years related to electrostatics and water, and is a key member of our team. Dr. Hoenig holds 8 issued patents.

Simon Li
Advanced Research
His work with thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, ocean circulation, sea water freezing, atmospheric dynamics, and metrology make Simon well suited for advanced research projects at Hydratics. He is a Ph.D. candidate of thermal and fluid mechanics at Tulane University, and holds a masters degree in computer science and an undergraduate degree in atmospheric dynamics from the Geophysics Department at Peking University of China. In addition, he has more than 10 years of industrial experience designing precision metrology equipment and has a strong physics background.

Kenneth Krajeski Product Design and Laboratory Analytics
Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Krajeski has a strong manufacturing background from working in many fields including RF communications, material handling, the food industry, health care and medical research. He has been involved in the start up of several new ventures including a new product development company. He is on the board of directors of a global sporting goods company. Mr. Krajeski currently holds 1 issued patent.
